II. PROVISION OF INFORMATION ON CITY’s ECO-TOUR AND CRMIC TOUR
ABOUT THE SERVICE

The Coastal Resource Management Interpretive Center (CRMIC) offers information and informal education abut coastal resource management and environmental protection. It is equipped with interactive exhibits like earthquake and tornado simulators, and the artificial mangrove park. The center also promotes the ecotourism of the city by offering eco-tour packages. Tour packages include a half-day to 3-day travel, part of its destinations are the city tourist attractions like the two marine sanctuaries, Buntod and Bugsayon, the Pawa Mangrove Park, the pilgrimage site of Barangay Bantigue and many other attractions outside the city. The tour also includes souvenir shopping of some of our local producers and dining at our Masbate’s best cuisine.

III. ISSUANCE OF LOCATIONAL CLEARANCE FOR BUILDINGS
ABOUT THE SERVICE

Locational Clearance/Zoning Compliance is a declaration that the location of the building or business establishment complies with the provisions of the approved Zoning Ordinance and/or Comprehensive Land Use Plan (CLUP). Since the approval of the CLUP/Zoning Ordinance of the city, Locational Clearance and Subdivision Approval has been devolved to the City Government.

All construction, repair, extension, renovation, alteration, improvements of buildings, structures, and all business establishments shall be started only when the owner thereof has secured zoning compliance certificate/locational clearance from the City Mayor through the Zoning Administrator/Zoning Officer.
